In light of the increase of antisemitic and terror attacks against Jewish people, buildings, places of worship etc., OSCE/ODIHR has developed a guide entitled “Understanding antisemitic hate crimes and addressing the security needs of Jewish communities”.

The guide will be presented on 30 May 2017 in the European Parliament during an event organized by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in co-operation with the European External Action Service (EEAS), the European Commission (EC), the European Parliament Anti-Racism and Diversity Intergroup (ARDI) and the European Parliament Working Group on Antisemitism (WGAS).
